Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Initiation of Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] to request a return authorization.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions.
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).
- If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days, e.g., 7-10 business days].
- If your return is rejected, we will provide reasons for the rejection and return the item to you, if requested, at your expense.
